IGCSE Classroom Readiness Certificate

About the Programme

ReadyRoom AI · Independent Cambridge Teacher Training Programme

The IGCSE Classroom Readiness Certificate is an interactive online training platform built by ReadyRoom, an independent Cambridge teacher training programme. It prepares teachers for confident, effective classroom practice across Cambridge IGCSE and A Level syllabuses — from decoding syllabus aims, assessment objectives and command words, to planning active, well-assessed lessons, to reflecting on real classroom experience through structured observation and Gibbs' reflective cycle.

The platform is for practising and aspiring teachers who want a verifiable certificate of classroom readiness, for mentors and tutors who support and verify candidate work, and for schools that need structured, evidence-based professional development for their staff. Learners work through five practical modules, build a portfolio of lesson plans, reflective journals and observation reports, receive formative feedback from ReadyRoom AI aligned to Cambridge PDQ 5881 criteria, and track their progress toward the full 250-hour certificate.

Institutions can licence cohorts of seats and monitor each teacher's evidence trail, while mentors subscribe to review, mark and verify candidate work. ReadyRoom is an independent programme and is not affiliated with Cambridge Assessment or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
